k.o.o.s peer counselling
K.O.O.S. counselors offer professional and compassionate support to those who need someone to listen, who need understanding, and who need a safe space to share their thoughts. The counselors—Doris, Katrin, Angela, and Ülle—have all completed the necessary training and have personal experience with challenging life stages, which enables them to support others in similar situations.
What is peer counseling?
Peer counseling is a practical and empathetic form of support provided by someone who has personally experienced a similar life situation—such as a health, relationship, or mental health crisis—and has been trained to offer support and understanding to others. The counselor is there not only as a listener but also as a trusted companion on the journey toward recovery and clarity.
